Spring has arrived, and with it, an opportunity to tend to the seeds of our own becoming, to cultivate connections, nourish our soil and fortify our foundations. With tender roots and a heliotropic nature, we will explore what is needed to nurture the growth happening below the surface. Join us as we Embody the Season, apprenticing ourselves to the wild wisdom and medicine this regenerative cycle holds.

SPRING MEDICINE WORKSHOP

embodied herbalism . somatic practices . earth centered healing

In this 2hr workshop we blend herbalism, somatic practices and earth centered healing to align our body, rhythm, and cycle with the medicine of Spring. Known as the season of renewal and growth, Spring can also be a potent time to shed what has been carried through the dark Winter months, transforming all that we have been holding into rich fertilizer for our continued growth.  

In this workshop we will cover:

  • The energetics of the Spring and the regenerative wisdom it carries within the wheel of the year.
  • The wild weeds of Spring and how to work with them in your home.
  • Spring herbal remedies to support your lymphatic system and channels of elimination. 
  • Somatic embodiment practices for renewed connection to the season's transformative power.


You will also leave with a full downloadable Spring Medicine Guide featuring:

  • Monographs of all the herbs covered in our class
  • Medicine making guides with recipes for continued practice
  • Journal prompts and Somatic inquiries to support your Spring embodiment practice


 

THE DETAILS

Our live call will take place April 13th 11am-1pm PST. The recording, along with the slides and course materials, will be uploaded into the Embody The Season portal to be enjoyed all season long.
